1.2 – We’re an independent publisher with a team spread across the world. We provide finance, development and publishing support for games. We work closely with experienced developers around the world to help them create their best work and expose it to a global audience.

3.4 – Educational Institutional Purchasers of PC Building Simulator: Education Edition

If you wish to purchase a Steam activation key for PC Building Simulator: Education Edition (the Site Sold Software), you must be an educational institution.

Your representative of your educational institution will be asked to create an account on behalf of the educational institution on the Website for the purpose of purchasing the Site Sold Software and managing your order.

You, the educational institution, may be asked to supply to our payment processing partner(s) certain information relevant to your purchase such as a credit card details. No card details are processed, stored or visible to us. By submitting your information, you, the educational institution, acknowledge and agree, to provide the information to our payment processing partner(s) for the purpose of processing your order of the Site Sold Software.

9.1 – Essential cookies

Our websites will not work properly without essential cookies.  For example, we use cookies for security purposes.

We use Google Analytics to learn about how people use our website.  For example, which pages users visit most often and where users encounter error messages.

We do not knowingly collect or use any personal data relating to children under the age of 13.

 

11. International transfers

We routinely transfer personal data outside the UK.  Where we transfer personal data outside the UK to a country that has not been recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection we use the standard contractual clauses unless we have identified another appropriate safeguard or relevant exemption.

We keep personal data relating to players for the period that the game is available to play.  Once we make a game unavailable, we will delete all personal data relating to players of that game.  We will also delete personal data relating to a player when we receive a specific request for erasure (see rights section below).

14. If you do not provide personal data

Where we need personal data for an agreement with you and you do not provide that personal data, we may not be able to perform our agreement.  In this case, we may have to cancel your access to our games.
